Welcome to GrandSnap Digital LLC (“GrandSnap Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://grandsnapdigital.com (the “Site”), as well as our public, password-protected, or temporary online event media galleries (the “Galleries”).

By accessing or using our Site or Galleries, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and Galleries.

 

 

1. Relationship to Client Services Agreements

These Terms govern the use of our digital platform by all visitors, including casual browsers, event guests, and prospective clients.

Important Note for Booking Clients: If you officially book a photo booth, cinematic slow-motion experience, or AI event activation with us, your booking and the delivery of our physical services are strictly governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement, Contract, or Invoice Agreement (the "Client Agreement"). If there is any direct conflict between these online website Terms and your signed Client Agreement, the signed Client Agreement will control.

 

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this Site—including but not limited to the GrandSnap Digital logo, website design, text, layout, software code, graphic overlays, start screen designs, marketing imagery, and descriptions of proprietary experiences like the GrandSnap DigiBooth-AI and The G.S.G.B. (Glambot)—is the exclusive property of GrandSnap Digital LLC or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, framing-link, or distribute any marketing materials or text from this website to any other platform or competitor website without our express written consent.

 

 

3. Digital Media Galleries & User-Generated Content

GrandSnap Digital provides an all-digital media experience. Event guests access our platform via text, email, AirDrop, or QR codes to view and download user-generated digital photos, videos, 360 loops, and AI-stylized content captured at physical event activations.

  • Media Licensing for Event Guests: When you download media from our Galleries, GrandSnap Digital grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to save, share, and post that media to your personal social media channels.

  • Media Licensing for Hosting Clients: The corporate or private host of the event retains secondary promotional rights as outlined in their specific Client Agreement.

  • Prohibited Content & Gallery Misuse: You agree not to attempt to breach gallery security, manipulate gallery URLs to access other events, or utilize our downloaded media in a defamatory, illegal, or malicious manner.

  • Gallery Takedown Requests: We host temporary event galleries. If you are an attendee whose likeness appears in a public gallery hosted on our Site and you wish to have a specific image or video permanently removed for privacy reasons, please submit a request containing the specific gallery link to hello@grandsnapdigital.com.

 

 

4. Prohibited Website Use

When using our Site, including our "Request A Quote" system, contact forms, or interactive elements, you strictly agree not to:

  • Post or transmit fraudulent, spam, automated marketing, or phishing inquiries.

  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any malicious code designed to disrupt our website infrastructure or third-party CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable).

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website backend, servers, or hosting systems.

 

 

5. Third-Party Links

Our Site contains links to external, third-party sites and services (such as Instagram, Facebook, and external platform tools). GrandSnap Digital LLC does not control and is not liable for the availability, terms of use, or content of these third-party platforms.

 

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site, the Galleries, and all content provided herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GrandSnap Digital LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, security, or error-free operation of our website, digital delivery nodes, text notification servers, or automated AI processing workflows.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrandSnap Digital LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or its online media galleries. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost data, internet connection drops during media downloads, server outages, or computer malfunctions.

 

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrandSnap Digital LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your misuse of this Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights belonging to us or a third party.

These Terms, and any disputes arising directly from your use of our digital platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
